Managing and developing strategiccontentcampaigns, thisMediaAccount Director role will be responsiblefor leading others, plus innovationand strategy.

The Opportunity:

- Lead a portfolio of client accounts and be a trusted strategic partner toyour team & clients
- Overseeand developstrategyfor your clients, strengthenclient relationshipsand achievebusiness goals
- Day-to-day campaignmanagement
- Be a thoughtleader across integratedmedia channels (on and offline)
- Mentor and manage a small team of three & provide ongoingdirection and support
- Recent business growth (new & organicclients)
- Develop integrated, data-led media solutions




- Ensure briefs are running on time, brief, and on budget
- Provide recommendationsto clients
- Develop paid, owned and earnedmedia briefs
- Develop and oversee annual client plans, activity and strategy
- Develop client reports and performance reviews.

You:

- Live in Melbourne
- Have full working rights and do not requiresponsorship
- Currently work in a media agency
- Have at least5+years experience working in a media (buying or planning) related role
- Proven experience meeting client expectations&relationships;
- Previous experience managing media strategies
