About the role
We are looking for a full time Payroll Officer to work alongside our HR team to provide accurate advice and outstanding customer service to our clients.
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Payroll calculations of under payments and over payments
- Apply Modern Awards and EBAs correctly and confidently
- Ensure compliance with legislation, awards, superannuation, and payroll tax
- Support HR Consultants to handle client and employee payroll queries professionally and efficiently
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation
About you
- A qualification in Payroll, Business, Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
- 2-3+ years end-to-end payroll processing experience
- Demonstrated experience in using Employment Hero Payroll (desirable)
- Confident award and EBA interpretation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate excel skills
- Have a solutions focused mindset
