WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Workshop Manager or similar leadership role
- A relevant Certificate III or Certificate IV automotive qualification
- Strong automotive technical knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and hold a team accountable
- Strong organisational, scheduling and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness with a focus on sales, productivity and profitability
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
