About the role

We are seeking maintenance professionals for Darwin-based roles supporting Shutdown Planning, SAP PM Master Data and Plant Maintenance Operational Readiness. These are experienced appointments requiring at least five years' experience in a similar position. You will bring strong technical capability, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with maintenance, engineering and operations teams. Interstate flights are available for the right candidate.

Shutdown Planner

Roster: 2/2 — two weeks on, two weeks off.

Develop and maintain detailed shutdown plans and schedules, coordinating scope, resources and sequencing to support successful execution.

Key responsibilities

- Develop integrated shutdown schedules, including dependencies, milestones and critical paths.

- Coordinate work scope, labour, materials and equipment requirements with relevant teams.

- Monitor progress, identify scheduling risks and communicate changes and priorities.

- Maintain accurate planning information in SAP and Microsoft Project.

About you

- At least five years' experience in a similar shutdown planning role.

- Demonstrated SAP experience.

- Advanced Microsoft Project capability.

- Solid understanding of maintenance work planning, shutdown sequencing and resource coordination.

SAP PM Master Data Specialist

Roster: 2/2 — two weeks on, two weeks off.

Manage SAP Plant Maintenance master data updates to support accurate asset information and effective maintenance execution.

Key responsibilities

- Create, update and maintain SAP equipment records, maintenance strategies, maintenance items and task lists.

- Validate master data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.

- Work with maintenance and engineering teams to translate approved requirements into SAP updates.





- Identify and resolve data gaps, duplication and inconsistencies.

- Maintain clear records of changes and follow established data governance processes.

About you

- At least five years' experience in a similar SAP PM master data role.

- Strong hands-on experience maintaining equipment and preventive maintenance master data in SAP.

- Sound understanding of maintenance strategies, maintenance items and task lists.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple data requests.

Operational Readiness Specialist – Plant Maintenance

Work arrangement: A combination of remote work and site visits.

Develop and implement the maintenance foundations required to prepare plant and equipment for operation, from maintenance strategy development through to SAP entry and spare parts readiness.

Key responsibilities

- Develop maintenance strategies, maintenance items and task lists informed by Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and asset criticality assessments.

- Create and load approved maintenance information into SAP.

- Develop equipment bills of materials.

- Identify required spare parts holdings and critical spares.

- Obtain supplier quotations and load relevant spare parts information into SAP.

- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations and procurement teams to resolve readiness gaps.

About you

- At least five years' experience in a similar plant maintenance operational readiness role.

- Demonstrated experience developing maintenance strategies and translating FMECA and asset criticality assessment outputs into practical maintenance requirements.

- Hands-on SAP PM experience, including maintenance master data and bills of materials.

- Experience identifying spare parts requirements, critical spares and recommended holdings.
