15th October, 2026/n Exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join Breight Group. Reporting to the Project Manager the successful candidate will work collaboratively on site supporting the maintenance and shutdown teams. /n What You’ll Be Doing: /n You'll play a key role in keeping our site operations running smoothly, ensuring our people, processes and resources are organised and ready to go. /n /n

- Mobilisation Coordination – Organise flights, accommodation, rosters and site requirements.

/n

- Timesheets & Payroll – Manage timesheets, resolve queries and ensure accurate cost allocations.

/n

- Reporting & Administration – Prepare reports, maintain records and complete data entry.

/n

- Site Supplies & Logistics – Coordinate PPE, consumables, purchase requisitions and deliveries.

/n

- Team Communication – Act as the key link between site operations and corporate teams to keep everything running smoothly

/n About You: /n

- Previous site admin experience in a similar role /n




- Experience in a shutdown environment (highly regarded) /n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills /n
- A positive attitude and a commitment to learning and growing /n
- A team-first approach with confidence and energy /n
- The ability to build strong working relationships with crews and leadership alike /n
- Solid time management skills and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
