The Opportunity

Projects typically range from $50 million to $250 million, the portfolio includes a variety of new builds and refurbishment projects across commercial, education, government, community, aged-care and healthcare sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day site operations from commencement through to practical completion.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel and deliveries to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Monitoring construction programs, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions to keep works on track.
- Maintaining high standards of quality assurance, safety and environmental compliance.
- Conducting site inspections, coordinating hold points and ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and relevant standards.
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator to resolve construction, design and coordination issues.
- Managing site meetings, progress reporting, short-term programming and look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, defects and final handover.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the client.




- Leading by example and fostering a safe, productive and collaborative site environment.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and the ability to confidently lead site operations from start to finish. You take pride in delivering quality work, maintaining safe and organised sites, and building strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects upwards of $30m.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and site logistics from structures to fitout.
- The ability to manage subcontractors, site personnel and competing priorities effectively.
- A thorough understanding of construction programs, quality assurance and safety requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining project momentum.
- The ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and consultants.
- A genuine commitment to quality workmanship and successful project outcomes.
