Construction Site Manager (Launceston)

An exciting chance has arisen for an up-and-coming or experienced Site Manager to join our Commercial Construction team in northern Tasmania. With a strong pipeline of work, this on-site leadership position provides a pathway for those entering site management, embedding current skills or wanting an opportunity to move into project management.

About the Role:

Based in northern Tasmania, this position reports to the Construction Business Unit Manager.

You'll lead a dedicated team of trades from development stage to completion of some of Tasmania's best construction projects.

Day-to-day, you'll oversee labour management, client liaison, safety leadership, and deliver quality projects within programme.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a senior leadership position with real autonomy, backed by an experienced and supportive team, and a clear pathway for continued growth as our business expands.

The salary range for this role will be based on the applicant's skills and experience.

About You:

You'll bring extensive experience in the commercial construction industry, including the delivery of complex construction projects (ideally greater than $5m).

You have either demonstrated experience in a senior leading-hand role or a current site manager position.

You'll be a natural leader — someone who is motivated to mentor and develop others, can manage a diverse range of stakeholders with confidence, and brings strong numeracy, analytical and IT skills to the role.





A carpentry trade qualification is required for this role, along with a current driver's licence and White Card.
