What You’ll Be Doing
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of your projects from allocation through to completion:
- Oversee daily site operations across multiple job sites
- Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to scope
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Monitor site safety and compliance with WHS legislation and company policies
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work meets required standards
- Work closely with the office and estimating team to manage project progress and resolve any issues that arise
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple projects
- Nice to have - Experience in insurance building / trade qualification
- Solid time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively at once is necessary
- A valid Driver's License and a White Card
Additional Information:
- National Police Check is part of the recruitment process
- Must be available to travel to sites across Adelaide
- Must have full Australian Working rights
