Your New Position: You will be working as part of an established team of Site Supervisors overseeing the maintenance of a large and diverse site featuring a mix of buildings and facilities. All planned and reactive maintenance works are undertaken by subcontractors, so as a client-side supervisor, your focus will be on liaising with tenants, organising works, coordinating contractors and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

No two days are the same in this dynamic environment!

You will

- Coordinate day to day planned and reactive maintenance activities, including breakdowns
- Source and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to manage maintenance activities and minimise disruption.
- Assist with tendering as required

Your Background





- An electrical or air-conditioning/HVAC trade background
- Experience in facilities maintenance and/or supervising subcontractors
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
