About the role

Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities across multiple residential building sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure construction schedules are met
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, plans, specifications and quality standards
- Maintain workplace health and safety requirements on site
- Conduct site inspections and manage quality control
- Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and trades
- Keep accurate site records, reports and documentation
- Ensure sites are clean, organised and operating efficiently

About you

- A current QBCC Site supervisor's license
- A trade background, or a relevant tertiary qualification related to Construction
- Previous experience supervising residential construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills




- Good understanding of residential construction processes and building standards
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate various trades
- Good computer skills and the ability to complete site reports and documentation
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites
- A proactive attitude with robust problem-solving skills
