The role is responsible for ensuring the project is managed and completed on time within budget and to the specified quality standards. This role is a site supervisor role for a new project in Forbes NSW.

Primary Duties Responsibilities

- Responsible for all aspects/activities that take place on the construction site.

- Responsible for the co-ordination and execution of tasks to advance project

- Managing sub-contractors, ensure quality control, and that construction standards are met.

- Identify and resolve issues, identify risks that may arise and produce effective solutions.

- Monitor project progress, report on timelines, and assist in scheduling trades

- Complete accurate project documentation e.g. Inductions, SWMS, toolbox talks, weekly updates, to all stakeholders

What you will be doing

- Site Managing: Supervising a new multi-unit low-rise project located in regional NSW, Forbes.

- Trade Supervision: Coordinating workflows for subcontractors to keep quick-tracked schedules on timeline.

- Site Readiness: Managing day-to-day site logistics, materials handling, and access control.

- WHS & Environment: Enforcing site safety,



conducting daily pre-starts, and ensuring proper site inductions.

- Quality & Defects: Overseeing quality control checklists and proactively managing the defects list throughout the build.

About You

- Minimum 2-5 years industry experience.

- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively to management.

- Experience in building structures and building finishes essential.

- A positive and driven personality with a desire to exceed expectation.

- Ability to take initiative and create value for the business.

Qualifications required

- Carpentry Trade Qualification (Cert III/IV highly regarded) and/or Building & Construction competencies essential.

- Valid NSW White Card and a current Australian driver's license.

- Computer skills using email, Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD essential

- Proficiency in reading and executing construction plans and schedules.

- High energy, clear communication skills, and the confidence to direct site personnel professionally.
