We are seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer – Infrastructure to join our team based at Kepa Office, South Australia.

About the Role This is an exciting hands-on opportunity for an experienced Skilled Labourer with a strong background in infrastructure maintenance, metal fabrication, welding and structural repairs.

Working alongside our maintenance and infrastructure team, you will play an important role in maintaining, repairing and improving infrastructure across our South Australian farming operations.

We are looking for someone with practical experience similar to that of a Boilermaker, who is confident using tools, undertaking repairs and working on a variety of infrastructure projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Carry out general infrastructure maintenance, repairs and improvements across farming facilities.
- Assist with metal fabrication, welding and structural repairs.
- Repair, modify and maintain steel structures, gates, fencing and farm infrastructure.
- Undertake general mechanical maintenance and repairs to equipment and infrastructure.




- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and other maintenance machinery.
- Assist with the installation, modification and replacement of infrastructure and equipment.
- Identify maintenance issues and provide practical solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the wider maintenance team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Travel between South Australian farming sites as required.

What We're Looking For We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and experienced individual who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

To be successful, you will have:

- A minimum of 3–5 years' practical experience in infrastructure maintenance, metal fabrication, welding, boiler making or a similar skilled labouring role.
- A current driver's licence and your own reliable car – essential.
- Demonstrated experience working with steel structures, fabrication and general infrastructure repairs.
- Strong experience using hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment.
- Practical knowledge of welding techniques, metalwork and structural maintenance.
- Ability to confidently undertake repairs, maintenance and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.




- A commitment to workplace health and safety.
- A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work across different sites.

Highly regarded:

- Previous experience in boiler making, welding or metal fabrication.
- Experience working in agricultural, industrial or rural infrastructure environments.
- Experience maintaining farm machinery, equipment and steel structures.
- Relevant trade qualifications or welding certifications.

A formal trade qualification is not essential; however, proven hands-on experience in fabrication, welding and infrastructure maintenance is required.
