YOUR MISSION

As our Sleep Apnoea Consultant at our West Lakes Pharmacy, you'll help people sleep better, breathe easier and get their energy back. You'll guide patients through diagnosis, treatment and everything in between, turning restless nights into real results.

This isn't just a job behind the counter. As a National Pharmacies brand ambassador, you'll become a familiar, trusted face in the West Lakes community, the person locals think of when they finally decide to do something about their sleep.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Carry out comprehensive consultations for sleep apnoea patients

Provide CPAP therapy education,



mask fitting and ongoing patient support

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Interpret clinical reports to guide patient care

Manage stock control for sleep apnoea products

Promote our sleep apnoea services within the local community

Use Microsoft Office and other systems to support day-to-day operations

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience: You're an experienced Sleep Apnoea Consultant with a proven track record in CPAP therapy, mask fitting and patient compliance (essential)

Communication: You know how to explain things clearly and put people at ease

Resilience: You stay sharp and organised even when it's chaos at the counter

Attitude: Positive, collaborative, all-in as part of the team

Passion: Health and customer service genuinely light you up
