Are you studying marketing, communications or digital media and looking for an opportunity to build some genuine industry experience while you study?

We’re looking for a Social Content Coordinator to join the Stellar marketing team two days a week.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your days watching from the sidelines. You’ll be getting involved—finding stories from across our business, creating social content, filming reels, writing captions and helping us showcase the people who make Stellar, Stellar.

You’ll work alongside an experienced marketing team, giving you the prospect to learn, experiment and build a portfolio of real work along the way.

What you’ll get to do

No two days will look exactly the same, but you’ll spend your time:

- Creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook

- Writing engaging captions and helping bring our brand voice to life

- Capturing photos and short-form video from around the business

- Creating reels, carousels and simple graphics

- Helping manage our social media content calendar

- Finding great stories from our people, teams, events and workplaces

- Supporting our consultants to build their personal brands on LinkedIn

- Scheduling and publishing approved content

- Keeping an eye on social trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team

- Looking at content performance and learning what resonates with our audiences

- Supporting broader marketing campaigns and projects when needed

Who we're looking for





You don’t need years of marketing experience. That’s the point of the opportunity.

We’re looking for someone who is currently studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or something similar and wants to put their skills into practice.

You’ll probably be someone who:

- Loves social media and understands what makes good content

- Has a natural eye for photos, video and visual storytelling

- Enjoys writing and can adapt your tone for different audiences

- Is comfortable talking to people and asking questions

- Has plenty of ideas and isn't afraid to share them

- Is organised and pays attention to the little details

- Takes initiative and is keen to learn

- Has some experience with Canva, Adobe or similar creative tools or is excited to learn

If you've created content for uni, a club, sporting team, volunteer organisation, internship or even your own social channels, we'd love to see it.
