Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to provide expert advisory and consulting services to customers. The role will focus on assessing environments, conducting workshops, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing best-practice recommendations to help customers maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer-facing consulting engagements focused on ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Conduct discovery sessions, technical workshops, maturity assessments, and advisory discussions with customers.

Review existing customer environments and provide recommendations aligned with ServiceNow recommended practices.

Provide expert guidance across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and related ITOM capabilities.

Assess architecture, configuration approaches, data quality, operational practices, and platform adoption.

Identify gaps, risks, improvement opportunities, and areas for platform optimization.





Provide explicit and actionable recommendations to customer technical and leadership teams.

Guide customers on adoption, platform maturity, governance, scalability, and operational best practices.

Work closely with customer architects, platform owners, technical teams, and service delivery stakeholders.

Produce assessment findings, recommendations, advisory documentation, and executive-level readouts.

Participate in customer governance, status reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.

Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM and broader platform capabilities.

Mandatory Requirements

Strong consulting and advisory experience across ServiceNow ITOM.

Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and ITOM architecture.

Ability to assess complex ServiceNow environments and provide practical recommendations.

Strong customer-facing workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
