ORCA partners with the largest solar group in the country, and we’re growing our Perth solar and battery field team ahead of a big summer. We’re looking for competitive, ambitious people who want to be part of that growth—people who are confident starting conversations, hungry to earn and prepared to put in the work.

The opportunity

You’ll be out in the field with our team, door knocking across Perth, speaking with homeowners about solar and batteries, and booking qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.

Your focus is generating quality opportunities. Our consultants handle the closing, while you build your pipeline and earn commission from the results.

You’ll work alongside a Team Leader, with ongoing coaching to sharpen your approach and improve your performance.

What you can earn

Uncapped commissions, with top performers earning $2,500+ per week.

This is a commission-based contractor role, with earnings tied to appointments that sit and convert to sales. Your income depends on your results.

On top of commissions, we offer regular cash bonuses,



competitions and incentives to reward strong performance.
