About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join the team at Quattro, our vibrant, established Italian restaurant in the heart of Lennox Head. Quattro is a much-loved Lennox Head institution, serving Italian-inspired food in a relaxed coastal setting just metres from the beach.

- Talented, passionate chef who takes real pride in your craft

- Precise, organised and consistent

- High standards with an eye for detail

- Experience with Italian cuisine is preferred

- Strong kitchen leadership skills
