Job Title: Speech-to-Speech AI Conversation Specialist

Location: Australia (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract / Project-Based

We are looking for fluent English speakers based in Australia to participate in a speech-to-speech AI project involving real-time conversations with a robot. The selected candidates will interact with the robot through spoken dialogue, respond naturally to its questions, and help support the evaluation and improvement of conversational AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage in real-time spoken conversations with an AI-powered robot.
- Communicate naturally and clearly in English during interactive sessions.
- Listen to the robot's responses and provide relevant, spontaneous replies.
- Participate in conversational scenarios, including questions, follow-up discussions, and everyday interactions.
- Follow project guidelines and instructions during conversation sessions.
- Provide feedback on conversational quality, clarity, and the overall interaction experience, where required.
- Maintain consistent communication quality throughout assigned sessions.

Requirements
- Must currently reside in Australia.
- Fluent spoken English with explicit pronunciation and strong listening comprehension.
- Comfortable engaging in natural, unscripted conversations with a robot or AI-powered system.




- Good verbal communication skills and the ability to respond spontaneously.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a suitable, quiet environment for remote sessions.
- Comfortable using a computer, microphone, headphones, or other required audio equipment.
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned sessions within the agreed schedule.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with voice AI, conversational AI, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
- Experience in speech data collection, audio recording, language evaluation, or AI training projects.
- Background in customer service, voice-based support, linguistics, voice acting, or usability testing.

Work Arrangement
- Remote work from within Australia.
- Project-based engagement, with session schedules and duration communicated during the selection process.
