/n Our LEGO® Certified Store in Macquarie is looking for a new energetic Store Manager. The store features life-sized LEGO® models, a Pick-a-Brick wall, hard-to-find product releases, and amazing bricks in hands engagement opportunities. Designed in partnership with the LEGO® Group, this store is an integral part of our LEGO® Certified Store network. /n /n Your Role: /n As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the store meets its financial targets, and fostering a positive and engaging environment for both customers and staff.

Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the brand’s reputation and enhancing customer loyalty in a competitive retail landscape. Create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play and strive for outstanding results in customer experience and sales performance. /n /n Your Purpose: /n /n

- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

/n

- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.

/n

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

/n

- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profitability.

/n

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

/n

- Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

/n

- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance.

/n

- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.

/n





- Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.

/n

- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to build a high-performing team environment.

/n

- Work closely with your team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.

/n /n To be successful for this role: /n /n

- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.

/n

- Ability to build a high-performing & results driven team in sales and customer experience.

/n

- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.

/n

- Epitomise professionalism but recognise the importance of a fun, encouraging and welcoming team workplace and have a genuine passion for LEGO®

/n

- Be self-motivated, driven, results orientated and can demonstrate success in achieving KPI’s within a retail atmosphere

- Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals and can connect the team to the essence of the LEGO® brand
