About the Opportunities

We are seeking two outstanding Store Managers to lead either our Murray Bridge or Munno Para locations. Whether you're interested in taking over an established store with an existing customer base or launching and leading a brand-new location from day one, these roles offer a rewarding opportunity for a strong retail leader looking to make a meaningful impact.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for sales performance, customer service excellence, team leadership, store presentation and the day-to-day success of your store.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You may be assisting a customer with a life-changing mobility solution one moment and coaching your team, reviewing store performance or following up customer enquiries the next.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.



· Drive sales growth and achieve store revenue targets.

· Deliver exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.

· Maintain outstanding store presentation and merchandising standards.

· Build strong relationships with customers, carers, healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.

· Prepare quotations and support customers through the purchasing process.

· Manage store administration, reporting and operational requirements.

· Oversee inventory, stock management and ordering processes.

· Liaise with service technicians and warehouse team members regarding deliveries, servicing and repairs.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

· Identify opportunities to grow the business and strengthen Thrive Mobility's local presence.

About You

You are a motivated leader who enjoys working with people, achieving results and creating an outstanding customer experience.

You will bring

· Proven experience in retail management, showroom management, store management or a similar leadership role.

· Strong sales and business development capabilities.

· Experience leading, coaching and motivating teams.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· A strong customer service focus and a genuine desire to help people.

· Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills.

· Confidence making decisions and working autonomously.

· Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Essential Technical Skills

· Strong computer skills and confidence using technology in a fast-paced retail environment. · Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

· Ability to quickly learn and confidently use business management systems.





· Experience managing customer records, quotations, stock control, reporting and administration using digital platforms.

· Confidence working across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Highly Regarded

· Experience within mobility, healthcare, pharmacy, disability, aged care, rehabilitation or assistive technology sectors. · Knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, DVA or related funding programs.
