Mr B Maintenance is looking for a reliable, honest, committed Strata Maintenance Cleaner, to join our team and help maintain properties to a high standard. You will work across residential and commercial properties throughout Sydney.
Key responsibilities
- Mopping and maintaining floors in common areas
- Vacuuming carpets and shared spaces
- Cleaning glass windows, doors and glass railings
- Cleaning bathrooms and amenities
- House washing and exterior cleaning
- General strata and property maintenance cleaning
- Some properties require bins to be taken in and out
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and presentable workplace across residential and commercial properties
About you
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with pride in their work
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning tasks
- Willing to travel to different job locations around Sydney
- Experienced in commercial or strata cleaning (preferred, but not essential)
