This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, hands-on construction professional to play a key role in delivering a quality residential project alongside an experienced site team.

The Opportunity

As Structures Foreman, you will take ownership of the day-to-day structural works on site, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, you will help drive programme, coordinate trades and maintain quality throughout the structural phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day structural construction activities on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and labour to maintain programme targets.
- Supervise concrete pours, formwork, reinforcement and associated structural works.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and programmes.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control and site safety.
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
- Monitor productivity, material deliveries and site resources.




- Work collaboratively with the Site Manager, engineers and project team.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and relevant standards.

About You

- Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on multi-storey residential, apartment or commercial construction projects.
- Previous experience with a known builder
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, formwork, steel reinforcement and concrete placement.
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and keep structural works moving to programme.
- Confident reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach to construction.
- A robust commitment to workplace health and safety and quality outcomes.
- Relevant construction qualifications and a current White Card.
