Why This Role?

This is more than a traditional Project Superintendent position.

You'll be at the centre of complex overhaul operations, bringing together planning, engineering, operations, safety, commercial management, workforce leadership, and client engagement to successfully deliver critical projects.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Key responsibility areas

- Ensure correct material, machinery, equipment and personnel are available and suitable for completion of work
- Coordinate toolbox / pre-start meetings daily and lead the supervisory team.
- Responsibility that Supervisors and all labour are suitably trained and possess the necessary skills to undertake their designated responsibilities
- Assessment of risks and hazards involved in tasks, and methods to manage the hazards to prevent incidents, injury and damage
- Maintain daily timesheets for labour and equipment
- Plan and coordinate resources and equipment for Outages and conduct the work in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensure that the quality requirements of the client are adhered to and that Company procedures are followed
