About the role

This role involves supporting participants with a combination of mental health and psychosocial support, building routines, emotional regulation, and community access, and assistance with daily living, including personal care delivered respectfully and professionally. You will be working with individuals navigating significant life challenges — your role will have a direct impact on their stability, confidence, and quality of life. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and active overnight support depending on participant needs.

Key responsibilities

- Provide mental health and psychosocial support to participants

- Support building routines, emotional regulation, and community access

- Assist with daily living, including personal care delivered respectfully and professionally

- Build trust with participants while maintaining professional boundaries

- Deliver consistent, calm, and respectful support

About you

- Compassionate, patient, and emotionally aware

- Open and willing to support with personal care as part of holistic care

- Have an interest or experience in mental health or disability support

- Can build trust while maintaining skilled boundaries

- Show reliability,



accountability, and a willingness to learn

- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

- Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
