About the role

We are recruiting for a number of positions we have available to support a variety of participants.

Ongoing casual / part time or full time work are options for the right person. Location is both Mooloolah Valley and Pelican Waters however we will be based permanently from Pelican Waters by December.

You will be an active / proactive person, kind and compassionate. Hours available are weekdays, afternoons, overnight shifts, active night shifts and weekends.

Key responsibilities

- Provide personal care support
- Support everyday household life
- Support community access activities
- Active engagement during weekdays, afternoons and night shifts

About you

- Warm, grounded, reliable and confident
- A fun and upbeat personality
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Confident supporting both adults and children/young people in both an independent or group setting
- Comfortable with personal care tasks
- Have excellent intuition and be able to think outside the box

- Drivers Licence essential

- Non smoker
- Cert III qualified in Individual Support/Disability, or willing to obtain or equivalent life skills
