About the Role
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Swim Teachers to join our team, teaching infants, toddlers, and young children in a clean, private indoor setting. As an experienced teacher, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality lessons, mentoring new team members, and supporting the ongoing development of our swim program.

Key Responsibilities o Deliver JUMP! Swim Schools lessons according to program standards.
o Support student progress and maintain lesson consistency.
o Mentor and support less experienced teachers as needed o Ensure safety in all lessons and the pool area.
o Attend training, apply learnings, and stay updated on certifications.
o Gather and share customer feedback as needed.
o Keep the pool area tidy.
o Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with families.
o Comply with all company policies, laws, and directives.
o Perform other assigned duties as reasonable.
About You
Our Swim Schools pride themselves on focusing on our customers’ needs and providing a personal experience for every family. We are looking for swim teachers who:
o Have proven experience teaching swimming to children o Hold a current Swimming and Water Safety Teacher certification o Love working with kids!
o Have great customer service skills o Are enthusiastic, child-focused, and positive o Build strong relationships with children and parents o Are committed to ongoing professional development
Selection Criteria
Essential:
o Current Swimming and Water Safety Teacher certification o Previous experience as a swim teacher (please detail in your application)
o Current Working With Children Check o Current First Aid Certificate o Current CPR
Desirable:
o Infants and Toddler Teacher and/or All Abilities qualifications o Experience mentoring or training other swim teachers o Positive attitude and excellent communication skills o Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
