Positions Available

1. Venue Leader (Full time)

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on and highly organised Venue Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our venues.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example and understands the importance of exceptional customer service, operational efficiency and consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Service

- Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued and well looked after.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and proactively.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Venue Operations & Standards

- Implement, maintain and strictly monitor Iggy's operational standards, policies and procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, product quality and food safety standards are consistently met.
- Conduct regular venue inspections and address operational issues promptly.
- Ensure equipment and machines are maintained and operating correctly.

Purchasing, Inventory & Stock Control

- Manage purchasing, stock ordering and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.




- Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates, product availability and wastage.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels while controlling costs and ensuring attractive product presentation.

Team Leadership & Business Performance

- Lead, train, motivate and develop team members.
- Prepare rosters and monitor labour costs based on business needs.
- Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular feedback, address performance concerns and maintain team accountability.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in hospitality or retail management.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in purchasing, inventory management, rostering and cost control.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to make decisions and solve problems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their venue, notices the little things and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. 2. Team Members (Full-Time/Casual)

We're also looking for friendly, energetic and reliable Team Members who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment.

You don't need to be a frozen yoghurt expert. We're happy to train the right people who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:





- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, samples and enquiries.
- Operate the POS system and process customer transactions accurately.
- Replenish frozen yoghurt, toppings and other products as required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing venue.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
