nAn exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales & Warehouse Support professional to join a growing business in Clayton.n

nThis hands-on role offers the perfect blend of customer service, sales, and warehouse responsibilities. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping drive sales growth while supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.n

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Provide exceptional customer service at the trade counter, over the phone, and via email.
n
- Process customer orders, quotations, and enquiries accurately.
n
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise sales.
n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
n
- Assist with inventory management, stocktakes, and maintaining warehouse standards.
n
- Support the team in achieving branch sales and customer service objectives.
n

About Youn
n
n
- Previous experience in a customer service, trade sales, or warehouse environment.
n
- Forklift licence and warehouse experience highly regarded.
n
- HVAC or trade industry experience is needed.
n
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert enquiries into sales.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
n
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
