nOur Federal Government client is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer. As an AI developer, you will bring AI development/workflow experience and skills to deliver innovative AI solutions. You will have a track record of design and delivery of Microsoft Copilot Agents/Microsoft platform solutions and projects that are designed and developed to enable key workflows and internal business processes. n

Skills and capabilities we are seeking n
n
n
- Experience in developing and delivering AI capabilities including experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio/Agent design and workflow development.
n
- Understanding of AI principles and dynamics.
n
- Experience in the design, development, testing and iteration of prompts for large language models (LLMs), including system prompts, task-specific instructions and structured prompt patterns to achieve reliable, secure and fit-for-purpose outputs.
n
- Maintaining agents and workflows.
n
- Ability to be innovative and solutions focused.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- A customer focused approach and the ability to collaborate and communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Experience in no-code environments, with other coding abilities preferred but not essential.
n
- Experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.
