What will you do?
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Speak with customers to understand their needs
- Follow up warm leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Build strong customer relationships over the phone
- Manage new and existing sales opportunities
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
What do you need?
- Previous phone-based sales, telesales, call centre or customer service experience
- Confident and engaging phone manner
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up leads
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
- Resilient and confident in a fast-paced sales environment
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team
