We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Oven Operator to join a busy food production team. This role involves operating and monitoring industrial ovens to ensure products are cooked or baked consistently and meet quality and food safety standards. Key Duties:
Operate and monitor industrial ovens and associated production equipment. Load and unload products safely and efficiently. Monitor cooking/baking processes, temperatures and production times.
Check finished products for quality, colour, consistency and presentation. Follow production schedules, recipes and operating instructions. Complete basic production and quality-control records.
