NEWDOC PTY LTD The role Our capacity to see patients depends on a steady supply of registered doctors with the right specialty, registration and availability.

You will find, assess and place the GPs and specialists who deliver our telehealth services, and run the full recruitment cycle from first contact through to active service. The role combines strong recruitment skills with a working understanding of clinical scope, medical specialties and practitioner registration. You will report to the Chief Operations Officer.

Salary: $79,423 per year in cash, plus superannuation. Benefits Task & responsibilities Responsibilities Take vacancy requirements from clinical leadership and partner clinics, and turn them into recruitment briefs and position descriptions Plan and run recruitment campaigns on medical job boards, qualified networks and LinkedIn Build and maintain a pipeline of GPs and specialists through direct search and referrals Screen applications and interview doctors about their specialty, scope of practice, telehealth experience and availability Verify AHPRA registration, Medicare provider eligibility, professional indemnity insurance, qualifications and references Present shortlisted candidates to clinical leadership, negotiate terms within approved parameters,



and place doctors into active service Act as the main contact for doctors throughout recruitment and placement Advise management on practitioner supply, market rates and recruitment strategy, and keep candidate records up to date Qualification & experience

About you A bachelor’s degree in health science, life sciences, human resources or a related field, or at least five years of relevant recruitment experience instead At least 12 months’ experience in recruitment, preferably medical, clinical or health sector Working knowledge of medical specialties, clinical scope of practice and practitioner registration in Australia Experience verifying AHPRA registration and professional credentials Strong interviewing, assessment and negotiation skillsClear written and verbal communication with doctors and clinical leaders Experience using applicant tracking systems or candidate databases Experience in telehealth, digital health or Medicare provider eligibility is an advantage

Right to work in Australia About Company NewDoc is an established Australian telehealth business with a team of around 10 to 11 people. Patients, doctors and administrators use our own digital platform every day to book and deliver consultations.
