Your new role

- Receive and process applications submitted via email and post
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy

• Scan, file and maintain application records
• Enter and verify information within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries from applicants
• Record interactions and case notes within the CRM system
• Provide guidance and advice to applicants in line with established processes
• Escalate complex matters where required
• Deliver high-quality customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong customer service experience, ideally within a call centre, community services or public-facing setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A positive,



friendly and professional approach to customer interactions
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Experience dealing with sensitive, complex or challenging enquiries with empathy and professionalism
• High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Sound judgement and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be highly regarded
• Experience working with elderly people, Aboriginal communities or vulnerable clients will be highly desirable
