Job Description

Visa Vault Immigration Pty Ltd Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets and resource requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, implementation schedules, risk registers and project documentation. Coordinate internal technical teams, external suppliers, contractors and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Lead project meetings and provide transparent progress reports to management and clients. Manage project budgets, timelines, procurement requirements and resource allocation.

Ensure ICT projects are delivered in accordance with agreed technical specifications, business requirements, quality standards and relevant security requirements. Oversee system implementation, integration, testing, deployment and post-implementation review activities. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, systems and client outcomes.

Maintain effective relationships with clients and provide professional guidance throughout project delivery. To be successful in this role, you will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science or a closely related field, or substantial relevant industry experience. A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience managing complex ICT projects.

Demonstrated experience managing ICT projects from planning through to implementation and completion.



Strong knowledge of project-management methodologies, tools and reporting processes. Experience coordinating technical teams, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders.

Excellent communication, organisational, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines and budget requirements. Experience managing projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Windows Server, networking infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, backup and disaster-recovery systems, and business application integrations.
