With the backing of a major capital investment firm, we’re ready to pursue larger opportunities, expand our capabilities and grow our team. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Site Supervisor who wants to help drive that growth and build their career alongside the business.

You’ll manage projects from initial scope through to practical completion for Insurance claims & from Site Setup to completion with government works and refurbishments, combining strong project management with a practical presence on site. You’ll keep quality, budgets and delivery on track, supported by supportive team

This role suits a building professional who enjoys responsibility, communicates clearly and follows through.

You’ll take ownership of:

- Managing multiple insurance repair and government refurbishment projects across SEQ.

- Reviewing scopes, identifying gaps and confirming construction methods before work begins within Insurance.

- Planning programs and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.

- Conducting site inspections and maintaining workmanship standards.

- Managing project budgets, labour, materials, variations and cost control.

- Maintaining clear communication with clients, assessors, consultants and building occupants.

- Overseeing site safety,



documentation and project reporting.

- Resolving site issues promptly and managing defects through to close-out.

- Completing handovers with the required photos, records and documentation.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Site Supervisor or Construction Supervisor.

- A strong trade or construction background and sound knowledge of building repairs and refurbishments.

- Experience in insurance repairs, government works or similar projects involving multiple trades.

- The ability to manage several jobs at different stages without losing track of the details.

- Confidence reading scopes, plans and specifications.

- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and variations.

- Strong organisation, clear communication and practical problem-solving skills.

- Confidence using project management software and maintaining accurate records.

- A current driver’s licence and White Card.

Experience working in occupied homes, schools or other live environments will be highly regarded.
