About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team in a full-time senior nursing position.

This is an opportunity for a Registered Nurse who enjoys providing clinical leadership, supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards of nursing care, while remaining actively involved in patient care.

The position combines day-to-day coordination of our nursing team and treatment room with dedicated Chronic Disease Management (CDM) and preventative health services.

Working closely with our GPs, nursing colleagues and Practice Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining a positive, cooperative and well-organised clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, guidance and mentoring to the nursing team.

- Coordinate treatment room operations, nursing workflows and clinical priorities.

- Support the orientation and professional development of nursing colleagues.

- Maintain oversight of clinical safety, infection control, vaccine management and equipment.

- Contribute to clinical governance, accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.

- Conduct chronic disease management and health assessment appointments in collaboration with GPs.

- Support care planning,



patient education, preventative health and ongoing patient follow-up.

- Provide hands-on clinical nursing care and support to GPs as required.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who demonstrates clinical confidence, initiative and a genuine commitment to teamwork.

Essential:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

- Strong clinical nursing experience and organisational skills.

- Confidence providing clinical guidance and support to colleagues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A collaborative approach to leadership and patient care.

Highly Regarded:

- Experience in general practice or primary healthcare.

- Experience in chronic disease management and health assessments.

- Previous senior nursing or clinical coordination experience.

- Knowledge of accreditation, infection control and vaccine management.

- Experience using Best Practice clinical software.
