As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level who is ready to manage quality family law matters with autonomy, while having access to guidance and support when needed.

The Role

You will:

- Manage a diverse range of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and domestic violence matters.

- Work directly with clients, delivering practical and compassionate legal solutions.

- Draft court documents and appear before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates Court.

What We’re Looking For

- Ideally 3+ years PAE in family law, although strong applicants with at least 2 years’ relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

- The ability to manage family-law matters with an appropriate level of independence.

- Solid drafting, client-management, litigation and negotiation skills.

- A practical, organised and empathetic approach to clients.

- A commitment to producing high-quality legal work and contributing positively to the team.
