About the role

We're after a good gardener. Someone who knows plants, works tidy, and takes pride in how a property looks when they drive away. The gardens are high-end. The clients are long-term. The work is steady, year-round, and close to home if you're local.

Key responsibilities

- Mowing, edging, weeding and general garden upkeep

- Pruning, hedging and shaping

- Planting, mulching, fertilising and feeding

- Keeping an eye on plant health — spotting pests, disease and irrigation problems early

- Pressure washing driveways, decks, paths and walls

- General property tidy-ups and presentation

- Looking after your vehicle, tools and gear

- A friendly word with the client when you're on site

About you

- Full working rights in Australia

- A current Australian driver's licence

- At least a year of hands-on gardening, grounds or landscape maintenance work

- Decent plant knowledge — enough to prune properly and know what a sick plant looks like

- Reliable, on time, well presented

- An eye for detail. You notice the things other people walk past

- Cert III in Horticulture or Landscaping

- Chemical handling ticket (AQF3) or White Card

- Irrigation, garden lighting or small machinery experience

- Pest, disease and soil knowledge

Our work runs between Palm Beach and Mosman, out of our Warriewood depot.
