What We're Looking For

- A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience in dentistry

- Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights

- Previous leadership or mentoring experience, with the ability to inspire and support fellow clinicians

- Confidence across all aspects of general dentistry, including complex and comprehensive treatment planning

- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting patient relationships

- A collaborative, positive approach to teamwork, along with the confidence to work independently

Your Role

Your responsibilities will include:





- Providing exceptional dental care, including diagnosing, treating and managing a wide range of oral health conditions

- Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs

- Confidently presenting and managing complex and high-value treatment plans

- Providing clinical guidance, mentoring and support to fellow clinicians and team members

- Building strong, long-term relationships with patients through exceptional communication and care

- Supporting the continued growth and success of the practice

- Fostering a welcoming, inclusive and team-oriented team culture
