Ray White Derby is seeking a confident, capable Property Manager to take ownership of an established residential portfolio of approximately 130 properties and play an important role in the future of our Derby office.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll have previous Property Management experience and hold a current WA Property Management Registration.

More importantly, you’ll be someone who:

• Knows and understands the Derby community
• Genuinely enjoys working with people
• Builds strong relationships with owners, tenants and local contractors
• Believes in quality service over simply getting through the workload
• Is organised, proactive and confident working independently
• Takes ownership and pride in delivering a outstanding customer experience
• Wants to contribute ideas and be part of building a strong local team ?

Leadership, mentoring or training experience will be highly regarded.
