About the Role

As our Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our field technicians and clients receive exceptional support every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating daily schedules

- Booking and confirming client appointments

- Managing incoming phone calls and customer enquiries

- Preparing quotations and work orders

- Liaising with clients, project managers, and field technicians

- Monitoring technician movements and ensuring efficient scheduling

- Preparing reports and documentation for clients

- Following up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries

- Maintaining accurate customer records and job information

- Assisting management with operational administration

- Providing exceptional customer service from enquiry through to job completion

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy setting and thrives on organisation.

Ideally you will have:

- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Administration role

- Experience within construction, trades, civil, plumbing,



utilities, or related industries (preferred)

- Outstanding organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong customer service focus

- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while remaining calm under pressure

- High attention to detail

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

- Experience using ServiceM8 or similar job management software (highly regarded)

- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
