Southern Regional Retail Manager

With retail locations across the Perth metropolitan area, we offer a diverse range of Korean, Japanese and other Asian skincare and cosmetics, together with beauty accessories and selected lifestyle and collectible products. Our focus is on providing customers with a high-quality retail experience, strong product knowledge and access to current beauty and lifestyle trends.

As our retail network continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Southern Regional Retail Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and commercial performance of four existing FABULA retail stores located in Carousel, East Victoria Park, Cockburn and Belmont and future new FABULA retail stores across Perth’s southern suburbs. About the role Key responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations, coordination and overall performance of the assigned FABULA retail stores across Perth's southern suburbs.
- Supervise, coordinate, roster, train and support retail teams across the assigned stores.
- Monitor sales performance, customer demand, store KPIs and operating costs across the assigned stores, and implement strategies to improve commercial and operational results.
- Oversee stock levels, replenishment, inventory control and product presentation across the assigned stores, including coordinating stock allocation and transfers where required.
- Maintain consistent standards of visual merchandising, customer service and overall store presentation across all assigned locations.
- Represent the FABULA brand professionally and manage escalated customer complaints,



staff issues and unexpected operational matters.
- Coordinate closely with retail operations, purchasing, warehouse, inventory, marketing and other FABULA stores to ensure consistent execution, stock availability and operational efficiency across the assigned locations.
- Ensure company policies, promotional initiatives, brand standards and workplace requirements are consistently implemented across the assigned stores.

About you To be successful in this role, you will ideally have;

- Proven experience in retail management, store management or multi-site retail operations, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, lifestyle or other fast-moving consumer retail.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience supervising and coordinating frontline staff.
- Solid experience in store operations, rostering, inventory control, merchandising, customer service and sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable presentation and the ability to represent the brand confidently in customer-facing situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints, staff issues and unexpected operational matters.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments including retail operations, purchasing, warehouse, inventory and marketing.
- Sound commercial awareness and understanding of fast-changing customer and product trends.
- Knowledge of Asian beauty, skincare and lifestyle products will be an advantage.
- A Diploma-level qualification in retail, business, management or a related field is preferred, but not essential where the applicant has robust relevant retail management experience.
