This role is predominantly warehouse-based, with production support when required.

What you can expect

As our Warehouse and Production Operator, you will:

- Work across receiving, storage, stock control and dispatch.

- Help keep production supplied with the materials it needs.

- Support production and filling activities when required.

- Join a supportive team that values safety, quality and reliability.

- Work consistent weekday hours.

- Finish at 11.45 am every Friday.

Our usual working hours are:

- Monday to Thursday: 6.45 am to 3.30 pm

- Friday: 6.45 am to 11.45 am

Minor variations may apply. This is a permanent, full-time onsite role based at Acacia Ridge.

The difference you will make

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and production team, you will help materials,



stock and finished products move safely and accurately through the business.

Your work will follow approved procedures, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and workplace health and safety requirements.

Warehouse - your primary focus:

- Receiving, checking, storing and dispatching stock.

- Completing incoming stock checks and reporting damage or discrepancies.

- Loading and unloading trucks.

- Managing stock movements, inventory records and stock counts.

- Supplying materials to production, filling and packing areas.

- Restacking pallets, disposing of waste and keeping the warehouse clean and organised.

Production - supporting when required:

- Assisting with production and filling activities.

- Handling raw materials and finished goods.

- Assisting with ferment manufacture.

- Handling pawpaw buckets weighing approximately 20 kg.

- Assisting with basic equipment setup and cleaning.

- Maintaining required cleaning, hygiene and GMP standards.

What you will bring

You will be well suited to this role if you have:

- Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing or production.

- A current forklift licence - essential.

- The ability to safely perform the role’s physical duties, including handling loads of up to 20 kg.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate, reliable work.

- A willingness to follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements and GMP standards.

- A dependable approach to attendance, punctuality and teamwork.





- Clear communication and a willingness to help where needed.

- Your own transport to reliably attend the required working hours.

Experience with inventory systems, particularly NetSuite, will be well regarded.
