About the role

We are looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Girraween. This part-time role covers three days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate. This position would suit someone who enjoys being both creative and detail-oriented. You will create engaging marketing content, coordinate campaigns and projects, support product launches, and ensure our brand is consistently represented across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, websites, presentations, brochures and marketing collateral.

- Write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, websites and promotional materials.

- Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches and go-to-market activities from concept to execution.

- Support trade shows, industry events and customer-facing marketing initiatives.

- Develop sales and product support materials for internal teams and customers.

- Maintain websites and digital content, ensuring information remains current and accurate.

- Assist with photography, video content and other creative marketing projects.

- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices and competitor activity.

About you

- 2-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications or content coordination role.





- Strong content creation, copywriting and communication skills.

- Experience creating content across web, social media, email and print channels.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software.

- Experience creating video content for social media and digital marketing.

- Experience using Canva or similar marketing platforms.
