The Opportunity
Gorilla Jobs is seeking a Locum Emergency Medicine SRMO to support Emergency Medicine services in Hunter Recent England.
This role suits Senior Resident Medical Officers with Emergency Medicine experience who want a strong hourly rate, full locum support and a regional lifestyle.
Shifts are flexible across weekday, weekend and night rosters, at up to $200 per hour.
Clinical Environment
• Broad clinical exposure, including trauma, cardiac, paediatric and mental health presentations
• Supervised yet autonomous, with senior support available when needed
• Procedural experience encouraged, including airways, lines and resus
• Well-supported departments with strong triage, nursing and consultant structures

Requirements
• AHPRA general registration
• PGY3+ with at least 6 months of Emergency Medicine experience
• NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
• Australian working rights
• Willingness to complete onboarding and hospital credentialing

Hunter New England offers a mix of rural and coastal placements, with scenic landscapes, affordable living, national parks and short breaks to Newcastle or Sydney.
