The Opportunity
This position would suit someone with around 1 to 3 years of experience in specification or A&D; sales who enjoys building relationships, getting in front of architects and designers, and being involved in projects from the early design stages.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, from commercial offices and hospitality venues through to healthcare, education and other major developments.

You might currently be working for a smaller manufacturer or distributor, have developed a good network of architects and designers, and be looking for an opportunity to represent a larger, more established business.
Alternatively, you might already be working for a recognised brand but feel ready for a new product category,
fresh relationships and an prospect to further develop your career.
The business is genuinely open to candidates from different product backgrounds, provided you understand the specification process and have experience selling into the A&D; market.
You'll ideally bring:
- Around 1 to 3 years of experience in specification sales or A&D; business development
- Established relationships with architects, interior designers and commercial specifiers
- Experience presenting products and influencing specifications across commercial projects
- An understanding of the project sales cycle and how to follow opportunities through to completion
- Confidence managing your own territory and developing new business relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A genuine interest in architecture, design and working with industry professionals
You don't need to have spent your entire career in one product category or have decades of experience.
If you've built a solid foundation in A&D; sales, developed strong relationships and are ready to take the next step, this is exactly the type of background we're interested in.
What's On Offer
This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised manufacturer with an established reputation, a comprehensive product range and strong support across the Australian market.
You'll be representing an established brand, working across a diverse range of commercial projects and continuing to develop relationships with architects and designers.
