This is a leadership role where you can make a difference across multiple early years communities. You’ll have the opportunity to support and develop people, influence quality practice and help shape strong, responsive services for children and families.

As an Early Years Coordinator, you’ll provide leadership and oversight across a portfolio of EEYS early years services, supporting teams to deliver high-quality, inclusive and responsive education and care for children, families and communities.

Working closely with Nominated Supervisors and Educational Leaders, you will:

- Provide leadership and support across the day-to-day operations of allocated early years services.





- Champion high-quality educational practice and continuous improvement across kindergarten teams.

- Support services to meet legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements.

- Work alongside Nominated Supervisors and Educational Leaders to strengthen leadership capability and quality practice.

- Support the implementation of EEYS strategic priorities across services.

- Build positive and professional relationships with families, community partners and key stakeholders.

- Foster collaborative, capable and engaged teams with a strong focus on outcomes for children.

- EEYS is a child safe organisation

The successful candidate will ideally hold:

* A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
* WWCC
* Relevant child safe training

We’re looking for an experienced early years professional who can bring together people leadership, operational oversight and a genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated leadership experience within early childhood education and care.

- Strong knowledge of quality early childhood practice and the regulatory environment.

- The ability to coach, mentor and empower service leaders and early years teams.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple services.

- A collaborative and solutions-focused leadership style.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- The confidence to work effectively with families, communities and a diverse range of stakeholders.
