The Company Due to continued growth this well established industrial products and services leader is now looking for an intermediate level Sales Representative or Business Development Manager to join their team based in Brisbane.
THis business has been operating in Australia for more than 30 years and most recently has experienced intentional, exponential growth is looking to expand their sales team and market share in a number of key sectors and industries.

This role will suit candidates with a either a technical background who want to make the transition into sales OR an sales executive with exposure to capital equipment sales in the industrial space.
The Position
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your role will be to maximise opportunities within their extensive customer network.
Duties include
- Identify opportunities within their existing customers and to develop relationships with new customers,
and to execute a structured business development plan.
- Increase sales revenue, margin and market share across the whole industrial portfolio.
- Implement suitable marketing and call plans to achieve sales growth targets.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate/verify clear customer delivery deadlines with the internal sales and operations team leaders
- Travel throughout QLD & Australia will be required
Skills & experience required:
- A technical background OR previous experience selling industrial capital equipment is essential - ideally mechanical, electrical or industrial products and/or services
- Relationships within the Industrial & Mining industries is an advantage
- Experience using and maintaining CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to sell, influence and ask for the business

- Base salary up to $110,000 plus superannuation, company car plus fuel card.
