We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tower Crane Operator to join our construction team on a multi-residential development in Cleveland, located on the beautiful bayside of Moreton Bay.
This is an opportunity to work on a major construction project in a outstanding coastal location, alongside an experienced site team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the tower crane, lifting and positioning construction materials and supporting the daily requirements of the site team.
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate the tower crane to lift, move and position construction materials.
- Coordinate lifting operations with dogmen, riggers and site management.
- Complete daily pre-start inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Follow site safety procedures, SWMS and approved lifting practices.
- Maintain clear communication with the ground crew during lifting operations.
- Comply with crane load limits, exclusion zones and site safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with site personnel to maintain an efficient construction programme.
About you
- Current Tower Crane High Risk Work Licence.
- Current Construction White Card.
- Previous tower crane operating experience.
- Strong understanding of safe lifting operations and construction site procedures.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team.
Working Arrangements
- Project Location: Cleveland QLD 4163.
- Commencement: Mid-November 2026.
- Hourly Rate: $55–$65 per hour, depending on experience.
- Duration: Until the tower crane is removed from site.
