- Optimise transport performance: Use FarEye and MachShip to manage route planning, carrier selection, bookings, tracking and delivery exceptions.
- Drive continuous improvement: Monitor transport KPIs, including on-time and in-full delivery, cost per delivery and carrier performance, and turn insights into practical improvements.
- Manage costs and resources: Select cost-effective transport options, work within budget guidelines and coordinate resources across morning and afternoon teams.
- Lead and support your team: Provide direction, coaching and on-the-job training to drivers and relevant warehouse team members, manage performance and conduct monthly toolbox meetings.
- Keep customers moving: Work closely with Customer Service, Sales and Operations to investigate delivery issues, resolve complaints and minimise disruptions.
- Maintain safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility obligations, Dangerous Goods requirements, vehicle checks and Work Health and Safety procedures.
- Improve systems and processes:

Maintain accurate system data, support the adoption of new features and identify opportunities to make our transport operation more efficient.
- Support the wider operation: Work closely with the Operations Manager and deputise when required.

About you

- The ability to think logically, adapt to changing priorities and make timely decisions.
- Experience with FarEye and MachShip would be highly regarded.

Most importantly, you'll take ownership, lead by example and understand that great transport operations are built on safe practices, clear communication and a team that works well together. Ready to Make a Difference?
